Ian Targett – Richard

Ian trained at RADA. On television he played one of the main characters in a series of Over the Rainbow by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais and was the lead in Marks by Alan Bennett. He played Geoff in Shelagh Delaney’s A Taste of Honey and D.S Ball in Mind Games by Lynda La Plante. Other TV work includes Ghostboat, The Last Detective, Midsomer Murders, Casualty, Forever Green, Trust Me and many more. In the theatre he has had leading roles at the Royal Court, the Strand, the Bush, West Yorkshire Playhouse, and the Birmingham Rep to name a few. Other films include The Fool, A Dangerous Man, and The Spell and he has been in many radio plays including Henry V and Rat in the Skull.

Marisé Alvarez – Elisa

Marisé is one of Puerto Rico’s most exciting up and coming talents. After working in a number of local theatre groups as musician and actress Marisé travelled to South America where she performed with Grupo Malayerba in Ecuador with directors Aristides Vargas and Charo Francés and at the Centre of Theatre For The Oppressed in Rio de Janeiro with founder and director Augusto Boal. Marisé had a breakthrough role in the award winning Puerto Rican feature film Maldeamores (Lovesickness). Soon after she played Cuban revolutionary Vilma Espin in Steven Soderbergh’s CHE: Part One and Part Two. Most recent appearances include Disney’s Stone of Dreams and European feature film Mean to Be.

Kathryn Worth – Rachel

Kathryn trained at RADA. She starred as Anna in the critically acclaimed art house feature Unrelated, directed by Joanna Hogg, for which she won Best Actress at the Silk Road Film Festival. The film won the FIPRESCI Prize, the Guardian First Film Award, Evening Standard Best Newcomer, and was nominated for the Evening Standard Best Film Award. Recent television appearances include Doctors and Genie in the House. Stage roles include Lady Macbeth, Millament inThe Way of the World, Ruth in The Homecoming, Sally Brass inThe Old Curiousity Shop and many more.

Rhys Duggan – Nico

At present Rhys studies dance and drama at Italia Conti Associate School. Rhys has worked in a number of commercials including Shreddies, MacDonald’s, John Lewis Christmas and Bold Washing Powder. He has performed in Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre for two years in a row including last summer’s production of Gigi. Lover is his first short film.

Heather Darcy – Mother On Street

Heather recently finished filming Elemental Storage (feature film) with Original Standard Picture Productions. Since graduating from The Poor School in 2007, she has performed in many short films and features. Several of the films have been screened at International festivals, including Cannes, LA Short Film Festival and NYC Horror Fest, among others. Heather is playing a lead role in feature film Till Sunset (Filthy Lucre Productions), which is currently in production. She is also a founding member of critically acclaimed Sturdy Beggars Theatre Company and has performed with them in Gombrowicz’s Princess Ivona and Mamet’s Boston Marriage.

Peter Ellmore – Director of Photography

Coming from a strong technical background in stop-motion, miniatures and motion control, Pete has developed a quiet confidence with specialised cinematography, including live-action/ animation mixes, animatronics and pack shots. His work creating a variety of looks and styles on commercials, BAFTA-nominated shorts, and most recently several feature films, has brought him to the attention of many producers in London and on the continent.

Sabina Sattar – Producer

Sabina has been a Production Designer for over 10 years, working on programs for the BBC, Channel 4 and Channel 5 including series dramas such as Eastenders and Family Affairs. She produced her first feature Summer Scars, a thriller for independent British director, Julian Richards. The film has played in over 25 international film festivals and was nominated for Best Film at the 2008 BAFTA Cymru Awards and Best UK Feature at the 2007 Raindance International Film festival. Her first feature script Bonus Hit got her awarded a prestigious Los Angeles screenwriting fellowship (the Writers Arc Screenwriting Fellowship Program) and a mention in Variety. Her second feature script Beg To Differ won the Silver Prize at the PAGE International Screenwriting Awards in LA. She wrote and produced the short comedy Just The Ticket which was selected at the Hamptons International Film Festival.

Maximilian White – Composer

Maximilian White (aka Ilian Mol), born in Luxembourg, is a composer of alternative rock/folk and piano music for film. Max’s has performed live in Turin, Rome and London. He recently recorded his first album Sketches and is at work on his second album Sketches 2. He is currently based in London and composing piano music for short films and documentaries.
